Welcome again to this week's word for the week. As we did last week, let's jump right into the heart of the matter for this week's word. What is your priority when it comes to the word of God? By that I mean how much time do you spend in His word? It is very important as always to be honest with yourself as it only helps you. If you need to really get started then do so. If you need to do better, then do so. Whatever you do though, do not allow yourself to rob yourself because you lack the word of God in your life.

Everything about your salvation is based on the word of God. This world in which we we live in was framed by the word of God. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. Our salvation is based on a fulfilled promise in the word of God. We are healed by the word of God. We are delivered by the word of God. We live by every word that comes from God. We are declared free by the word of God. How do you truly know these things if you never read it? How can you possibly know you need to change direction in your life if the word of God is not your guide to do so?

This week is not about me telling you the word says this or the word says that. We hear so much of the word from others but do you spend enough time in it for yourself? Can God confirm some things for you in His word? Do you even know what He truly requires out of you in this season in your life? If you're not in His word like you should be then the answer is no. Sure, you can convince others that you know but the reality is that many people are just waiting to see what the day may or may not bring because they are not in His word in order to know His plans. Don't miss out when you should be winning. Study to show yourself approved unto God!

May the Lord continue to bless and keep you in His grace,
