Welcome again to this week's word for the week. If you're honest and you're looking at the time you realize the year is almost over. Yes, another year went by really fast! That means it's crunch time now. This is the season to be all in with everything that concerns God. This is when you start to get that now or never in you. This is when you stop taking time for granted and you get it all together. This is the season that you make all of your struggles throughout the year worthwhile.

I won't take up too much of your time this week because what I'm led to say is really simple. You have to want God now more than ever. You have to want everything that's attached to God. You have to get out of you. You have to get out of how you think and feel if you plan on seeing the bigger picture in your life. Every now and then you have to go low in order to go high. You have to humble yourself in order for God to elevate you. However, this is something that you need to realize for yourself. You have to see the need for a sense of urgency.

When I was younger my mother would rearrange the furniture every so often. I never understood why. All I knew was that the furniture would be in a different place when I got back home. I remember having to get used to finding my way around in the dark as the light switch was on the far wall. After a few days I was used to it and it felt like it was always that way. Sometimes it actually freed up space and made the room feel bigger than what it was.

Give this some thought. What is God rearranging in you? Have you wondered why He's doing that? Have you thought about why things can't continue on as they've been in your life? Do you realize if everything stays the same there will be no room to enlarge you? I want you to really give these two points some thought. The furniture was still the same. The furniture was still in the same room. Simply moving things around opened up more space in the same room with the same furniture.

God doesn't have to move you. You simply need to let Him rearrange some things in your life to make more room. A person doesn't always need a bigger house. They just need to know how to rearrange the things they have. A house can have more square footage than another house and yet not have the same amount of room for what you have. It's all in how it's laid out. Your life is the same way. Sometimes we think we need something new when in reality we just need some rearranging. Don't get out of place in this season. Instead, make more space for God!

May the Lord continue to bless and keep you in His grace,
