Welcome again to this week's word for the week. If you ask most Christians if they're ready to move forward they will respond with a big yes! If you ask them if they're ready for a change the answer will still be a big yes. If you ask them if they're ready for it right now that yes will be even louder. If you ask them are they ready for what it takes they will respond by saying of course. If you ask them how will it all happen you will get silence.
Give that some thought for a moment. We all know what we want and we're sure of it. We know we're ready for it to happen right now for the most part. Even if there's still some kinks that need to be worked out most people are willing to change on the fly as they say. ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. I can tell you to hold on because God will show up. I can tell you that God won't leave you or forsake you. I can tell you that God has all things in His hands. I can tell you that God may not show up when you Him but He will be there right on time. I can tell you those things and yet one important thing will remain. Do you believe that for yourself?
It is not about how you can hold on when there's hope. It's not about how you can hold on when you can see a flicker of light in your situation. Your true test is can you hold on and believe God when there seems to be no way? Can you hold on when it feels like there's nothing to hold on for? Let me hopefully say a few things ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. The last few weeks in our church we've been talking about how the enemy tries to distract us. Rather that's with or through things, circumstances, and even people; we are clearly always under attack. Even the things that distract us are actually attacks but often we don't see them that way. Having a conversation with someone helped bring that topic into more focus so let's get straight to it.
