We realize that there are lines under the text and dark spaces at the end of the paragraphs. As soon as we figure out a work around we will correct this. In the meantime, we didn't want to let that be a hindrance to making the previous word for the weeks available. Thanks for your understanding as we work to resolve this.

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. Are you ready to turn your life around? Are you truly ready for all of the things the Lord has in store for you? Are you tired of feeling like you are on the losing end when you know you should be walking in victory? Are you ready to cut ties with things that are nothing more than weights that are constantly holding you down? Are you finally ready to be free in Christ and to really experience His glory? If so, then this word for the week is for you and it will not take long.

In the most plain way I can say it, if you plan on having all of those things I just mentioned above then you are going to have to do a few things. This week we are simply going to talk about one. You are going to ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. For the last several weeks the Lord has been speaking to me about something that is very important to the body of Christ as a whole. Many churches for health and safety reasons needed to move their services to a virtual format. Take my word for it as someone who is in the senior capacity to make such decisions. It is nothing we were thrilled about. The reason is because all of us were very much aware of what a lack of church attendance does to people. We all knew this long before there was a pandemic.

This brings me to an important part for you all to consider. While there was a valid reason for not being able to have in person services the question is what is the reason for people ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. For the last several week the word for the week has been filled with a series of questions. Those questions were not intended to be just because. They truly did and still do have a real purpose that is important to you. Here's a reality of life. Part of moving forward is being able to ask and answer the tough questions that concern your life. I'm talking about your hopes, dreams, visions, and purpose. Being sidetracked with no vision is one of the most common reasons for personal failure.

You and I literally have one chance in this life to get things right for our eternity. The truth is that we face so many things in our right now life until it is often difficult to even focus on ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. How much do you love Jesus? How far are you wiling to go for Him? Those two questions are not trick questions at all. How much do you love Jesus and how far are you willing to go for Him? I'll give you a hint before you attempt to answer. Both answers require far more sacrifice than you may be thinking so really consider those questions and count the cost. I know, we've been dealing with a lot of tough areas in our lives lately but it's needed and it's actually helping people.

In church we are accustomed to hearing the phrase "oh how I love Jesus because He first loved me". The problem is not in the phrase itself. The problem is in your understanding. You see, in...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. If Jesus were standing in front of you right now at this very moment and asked you what do you need to change in order to get into Heaven what would your answer be? To give the question clarity I'm talking about the decision to let you in at that very moment depends on the honesty of your answer, what would your answer be? Knowing that He already knows everything about you and knowing that whatever you say has an affect on your eternity, how much would that question get your attention?

We all know the answer to those questions. We would tell the truth no matter what we've said about anything in our past because we know that's the only hope we may have. These are not trick ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. I would like to get straight to a point that is something that affects all of us at one time or another in our lives. At some point in your life you will have to learn how to deal with adversity. It could be in something you are going through or it could be with someone you are dealing with. It is a part of life that happens far more often than most of us would prefer. All is not lost and there are times when there really is something you can do about it.

The first thing I would like to point out is that in all things you go through to always step back and observe the lessons that can be taught. There is something you can learn from anything rather that is what to do or not to do the next...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. So I'm going to ask you a question this week and it is not a trick question. It is a question that you should honestly think about for a few days. It's super easy to blurt out an answer to this question but always remember you're condemned or justified by your words so choose them wisely. What does it take for you to believe God? In other words, what would you say you're doing to demonstrate that you believe God? Please think about that question very carefully because this can greatly bless you.

It is easy to say you have faith. It is easy to say you take God at His word. It is easy to say you believe God no matter what. That's easy to say and I like to call that ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. Let's get straight to the point this week. One of the easiest things you can do is quit. It takes no effort to simply give up. Giving up is not the problem though. The real problem is what you are stuck with afterwards. You see while quitting seems easy at the moment it also causes you mental anguish for a long time afterwards. The reason is because you are stuck wondering what if or what could have been. You are stuck wondering what would the outcome be if you did not give up.

That is an important thing for you to remember in life when things are not going as expected. There will be bumps in the road on your journey. You will question why more times than you will be able to keep up ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. I would imagine that this might sound like a trick question but it's really not. Let me start by saying that Numbers 23:19 says that God is not a man that He should lie nor the son of man that He should repent. It goes on to say has He spoken it and shall He not bring it to pass. That leaves us with a simple question that has a few layers to it. Do you believe that scripture? I mean do you really believe that scripture for yourself?

If you answer yes to that question then this is where things get interesting. Take a look at some of the things you have going on in your life at the moment. How many of those are really in the hands of God? How many of those things are you trying to work ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. I told you that the next several weeks we would be focusing on things that will encourage you in your walk with Christ. Let's get straight to the point for this week. What is your purpose in life? Please don't just blurt out any answer for the sake of it. It's better to say you do not know that answer rather than to say just anything and be far off the mark. What is your purpose in life? Do you even fully understand what that question really is? Let's go further.

One of the definitions of that word in the Webster's dictionary says "something set up as an object or end to be attained". In others words, your purpose is the mission or assignment that God has for...
