We realize that there are lines under the text and dark spaces at the end of the paragraphs. As soon as we figure out a work around we will correct this. In the meantime, we didn't want to let that be a hindrance to making the previous word for the weeks available. Thanks for your understanding as we work to resolve this.

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. I understand that this week is a holiday week and many of you will be very busy. With that in mind, I will be brief this week. Trust me, I truly understand there is nothing more important than the word of God which is why we are still having a word this week. Let us get straight to the point this week.

Thanksgiving is not a global holiday. It is an American holiday that is celebrated for a very specific reason. However, as people of God we are told to be thankful and bless His Holy Name. That by itself is wonderful and something I want to encourage you in this week. There is never a set time to be thankful unto God. You can do it at any time of the day and at any time of the year. Nothing...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. There's an old saying that goes a dead clock is right twice a day. I remember having to give the meaning of that some thought when I first heard it. What it simply means is that if the clock stops at 11:00 then twice a day when it is 11:00 the clock is actually showing the right time. However, any other time of the day you look at that same clock then it is actually showing you the wrong time.

That may be acceptable for a clock to only display correctness twice a day when it has stopped working. That's not acceptable for you though if you really think about it. This is more than you being right or wrong. This is about you showing the right thing when people look at you. So, ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. This week's word will be easy to read but will require you to look deep down for it to make sense. I will start out with a simple question that will get straight to the point. What is the most difficult thing you have already overcome in your life? That question is a lot harder than it sounds because we can all think of many things that were difficult. But the question is which one tops your list?

Now think about this for a moment and really give this point some thought. I didn't ask which was the most difficult in terms of what you haven't overcome. I asked about the most difficult thing that you are actually past. I ask that question because I have another question to go ...

Welcome to our online Bible study. My goal here tonight is to give you the scriptures along with some points for you to consider. As always, please take some time to pray first and ask God to clear your hearts and minds from whatever you may have dealt with today so that you can focus on what we will talking about here. Also, get your Bible close by because you will need it.

As we all know, this year is rapidly coming to a close. We are officially in the month of November with the end of the year approaching quickly. As we look back over this year I'm sure we can all agree that it's been filled with some ups and downs. There have been high moments and low moments but the hard reality is all of these things are necessary for our ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. Life moves fast and time waits for no one. Most of us have heard that expression before. It simply means to do things today because tomorrow is not promised to you. It is a powerful saying by itself and seeing it in light of the scriptures brings even more truth to it. Let's go deeper this week into the meaning of it.

A wise person told me a few years to take advantage of the window that God has given me. I didn't need any further explanation. I knew exactly what it meant and I understood the importance of it. There are some things in life that you have as much time as you need to accomplish. There is no need to be in a rush. However, there are other things in life that require ...

Tonight's lesson is what I like to call a family chat. That is when you gather together and put some things in perspective which is what we will be doing here. This lesson will be a continuation of sorts from Sunday. If anyone was there on Sunday then you already know the presence of God was in the midst of us. What a time! In this lesson we approach it from a &...
