We realize that there are lines under the text and dark spaces at the end of the paragraphs. As soon as we figure out a work around we will correct this. In the meantime, we didn't want to let that be a hindrance to making the previous word for the weeks available. Thanks for your understanding as we work to resolve this.

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. This year is almost over and the time has really gone by fast. I was sitting here just thinking about the multitude of topics we've discussed this year with the word for the week which led me to this week's word. As we go along in life we gain access to a lot of information. We learn a lot of new things as time goes by but here's a good question. What are we doing with all of it?

I often think about how much more we know about so many different things today. Welcome again to this week's word for the week. For most of you reading this you are looking forward to the upcoming holidays. Christmas is coming up in a few weeks and the new year will be here one week after that. For some, it is time off from work and for others things at least slow down for you. What you observe can be good or bad but that's not the issue. The real issue is what can "you" learn from what you see. Give this some thought. How many times have you failed at the same thing you already saw around? How did that feel knowing that you already knew?

Let's talk honestly and candidly this week. There are certain times I can handle failure and I won't lose any sleep over it. There are some things where I honestly didn't know I would fail. There are things that I have given my all in and I failed. There have been other times when the only way to succeed ...

Welcome again to this week's word for the week. As we all know this year is rapidly coming to an end. Before you know it a new year will be upon us and the beginning of the year excitement will start all over. That brings me to an important point this week. There are not many things you can do in life that allow you to start something new without first finishing the task at hand. This year is no different for you so let's get to the point.

It is easy to look forward without first finishing what's in front of you. It's easy to look at what you should've done and simply choose to ignore it. How many times have you heard the phrase "move on from that" or "it's time to let that go"? These statements ...
